Social Media Content Creator – TikTok & Instagram

Ciao Amore is an Italian gelato and coffee concept located on Española Way in the heart of Miami Beach.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help grow Ciao Amore across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This is a hands-on, part-time content creation role.

We are looking for someone who can regularly come into the store, identify interesting moments, develop content ideas, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos consistently.

We are not looking for someone who only creates content calendars or manages social media from a laptop. We want someone who genuinely understands short-form content and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Create approximately 25–30 original short-form videos per month
• Create content primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with distribution across YouTube Shorts and Facebook
• Film regularly inside and around our Miami Beach location
• Create content featuring our products, customers, staff, behind-the-scenes moments, Española Way, and Miami lifestyle
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, recurring series, and new content formats
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Write captions and prepare content for publishing
• Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Identify trending sounds, formats, memes, and content opportunities
• Create both planned content and spontaneous/reactive content
• Occasionally appear on camera or direct staff and customers in videos
• Track content performance and identify which formats generate the strongest reach and audience growth
• Continuously test and improve content based on performance data
• Help develop Ciao Amore into a recognizable Miami food and lifestyle brand
