We're looking for a creative individual with a passion for social media and storytelling to join Novara Construction & Remodeling as a Social Media Content Creator.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys capturing amazing content, spotting trends, and creating videos that people actually want to watch.

This role is focused on filming and creativity—not video editing.

We have editors. We need someone who knows how to capture the right moments, create compelling hooks, and bring fresh ideas to every project.

You'll work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), gaining hands-on experience in content strategy, branding, marketing, and social media growth while helping build one of Houston's fastest-growing remodeling brands.

What You'll Do

• Capture high-quality video and photo content at remodeling projects.
• Film before-and-after transformations, customer reactions, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Identify the best shots, angles, and moments that tell a compelling story.
• Develop creative ideas and attention-grabbing hooks for short-form content.
• Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new content concepts.
• Collaborate with our editing team by organizing footage and communicating your creative vision.
• Work directly with the CMO to plan and execute weekly content strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera.
• A creative eye for storytelling, composition, and capturing engaging footage.
• Passion for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Someone who naturally notices what makes content go viral.
• Reliable transportation to travel to project sites throughout the Houston area.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
