Social Media Content Creator & Manager

Reframe Therapy

is seeking an innovative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team!

We are a mental health therapy practice specializing in working with anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD (scrupulosity). We have three office locations: Provo, Spanish Fork, and Lehi.

This position is currently approximately 80% remote and 20% in-office (with some weeks requiring more in-office time). 12-15 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content on two Instagram accounts
• Develop short-form video, graphics, and captions aligned with our brand
• Research content that is ethically aligned and relevant
• Collaborate with therapists to translate clinical topics into approachable content
• Monitor engagement and track performance metrics
• Stay current on trends while maintaining mental health best practices

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (personal brand/social media experience does not qualify).
• Strong content creation and editing skills
• Understanding of mental health or wellness content
• Organized, self-motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented
