Overview

We are seeking a creative, reliable, and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to manage and grow a social media account.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and knows how to connect with an audience. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining an active social media presence, developing content ideas, publishing posts, engaging with followers, and helping grow the account's overall reach and visibility.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, consistent, comfortable working independently, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned social media account.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content.
• Create captions, posts, short-form videos, graphics, and other content as needed.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity.
• Research trends and identify opportunities for new content.
• Help grow the account's audience, engagement, and overall digital presence.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
• Maintain the account's brand, voice, and overall presentation.
• Stay current with social media trends, features, and best practices.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and special projects.
• Collaborate with team members when needed.
• Complete other social media and digital marketing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

* Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. * Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas. * Strong communication and writing skills. * Comfortable creating social media content using a phone, computer, or other digital tools. * Ability to understand and follow a brand's voice and direction. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain a posting schedule. *
