Overview : Social Media Associate

*Arlington, VA | In office, Monday-Friday*

The Social Media Associate owns social media community management, listening, and performance reporting for CoStar Group and CoStar. This role protects and enhances brand reputation, strengthens customer relationships, and generat es the insights that power organic content , boosting (paid social), and employee advocacy strategy across the parent company and flagship product.

• Monitor and engage with CoStar Group and CoStar's social media communities across platforms daily , including comments, DMs, mentions and tags.
• I mplement strategies to grow and nurture online audience engagement that reinforce our brand voice .
