Social Media Assistant

Looking for a creative, trendy, and reliable Social Media Assistant to help grow a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The main focus of this role is simply doing what you do best: capturing amazing content and making magic in the editing room! This is the perfect spot for an awesome, organized creative who loves digital storytelling and can take an idea and run with it.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot Content: Be the designated behind-the-scenes hype person, capturing high-quality photo and video content (lifestyle, BTS, and events).
• Edit Like a Pro: Edit highly engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that stops the scroll.
• YouTube Support: Assist with editing and assembling longer-form YouTube videos.
• Stay Trending: Keep a pulse on platform algorithms, trending audio, and fresh aesthetics to keep the content feeling current and fun.

What to Bring

• A natural creator mindset with a great eye for fashion, beauty, and luxury aesthetics.
• Proficiency with modern editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
• A proactive, highly responsive, and communicative work style.

Compensation & Hours

• Rate: $17/hour (paid bi-weekly).
• Hours: ~8–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to grow to 15–20 hours.
• Location: In-person (NYC).

Brand Deal Commission Structure

In addition to your hourly rate, you are highly incentivized to help secure brand partnerships. You will earn a commission on any brand deals you help land and manage:

• $900 or less → 5%
• $1,000 – $2,000 → 7%
• $2,000 – $3,000 → 10%
• $3,000 – $5,000 → 12%
• $5,000+ → 15%
