The firm owns and operates a multifamily portfolio exceeding $80 million in AUM and is scaling rapidly across acquisitions, property management, leasing, construction, capital raising, and administrative operations.

The Social Media & Growth Manager owns the day-to-day strategy, content production, engagement, outreach, and reporting for the CEO's personal LinkedIn presence, the REA Company Page, and the X/Twitter account. This is a hands-on execution role and the ideal candidate runs outbound and inbound engagement, manages a structured DM/outreach pipeline through Sales Navigator, and delivers rigorous weekly and monthly reporting tied to business outcomes.

This is a full-time role requiring daily, sustained attention across LinkedIn and X, plus weekly content production, competitor research, and reporting deliverables. Success is measured by inbound deal, investor, and talent DMs generated through the content and outreach system.

This role exists to convert consistent, voice-accurate content and disciplined outreach into real business outcomes — qualified deal flow, investor conversations, and talent leads — not just growth in follower counts. The ideal person in this seat is a strong writer who can convincingly capture someone else's voice, is comfortable with high-volume daily execution across multiple platforms, is organized enough to run a structured outreach pipeline without dropping leads, and reports on results with data and specific next steps rather than status updates.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write and publish LinkedIn (personal + REA Company Page) and X posts on a weekly cadence.
• Turn voice notes, podcast transcripts, and existing content into finished posts.
• Build multiple hook options for each post and maintain a r
