Today, we are a growing, six-location company serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois with wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility equipment, driving solutions, transportation products, and full automotive service.

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist

to help execute and grow A&J Mobility's marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position with no direct reports. You'll work closely with company leadership, sales teams, location managers, customers, vendors, and community partners.

This is an in-person position based in Valders, Wisconsin.

Our best marketing stories happen inside our locations, with our customers, our employees, our vehicles, and within the communities we serve. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.

What You'll Do

· Help develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness, customer engagement, and qualified leads.

· Work closely with company leadership to execute marketing priorities and contribute ideas for future campaigns and opportunities.

· Create and manage engaging social media and digital content across multiple platforms.
