Position Overview

The Social Media and Copywriting Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing content across our social media, email, website, advertising, and launch channels. This role combines strong copywriting, social media management, content creation, basic design, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and able to maintain a consistent brand voice across several platforms and projects.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media

• Develop and execute the monthly social media strategy for Barbara Schreihans’ Instagram.
• Create monthly video, static, caption, and Story content for Barbara Schreihans’ Instagram.
• Develop and execute the monthly social media strategy for Your Tax Coach’s Instagram.
• Create monthly video, static, caption, and Story content for Your Tax Coach’s Instagram.
• Develop and execute the monthly TikTok strategy for Your Tax Coach.
• Develop and execute the monthly social media strategy for Life Changing Money Podcast Instagram.
• Create monthly video, static, caption, and Story content for Life Changing Money Podcast Instagram.
• Manage and publish LinkedIn posts.
• Manage and publish Threads posts
• Create and publish monthly TikTok video content.
• Manage and publish YouTube Shorts.
• Manage and publish Substack content.
• Manage and publish LTK content.

Podcast Management

• Own the day-to-day management of the Life Changing Money podcast.
• Edit and publish podcast episodes across all required audio and video platforms.
• Create and edit short-form video clips from each episode for the Life Changing Money Instagram account.
• Write captions and publish promotional content for each episode.
• Organize podcast re
