About the Role

As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, and member of our team, you’ll create high performing short form video and manage an active social media community across multiple platforms. This is a hands on position for a creative, detailed, and visually driven individual who knows how to translate real life renovation projects, home designs, real estate listings, and events into compelling and aesthetically pleasing content. In this role, you’ll work across our brands to consistently publish engaging media.

*Note: This is not a remote position. You’ll be based in our Burlington, MA office. Some field travel may be needed to capture content at residential sites, project builds, listings, and events throughout the Greater Boston area.*

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Film on-site content and edit high-performing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Repurpose long-form video assets into engaging social snippets.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging hooks, captions, titles, on-screen text, SEO-driven content, and calls to action that align with our brand voice and convert viewers into leads.
• Brand & Account Management: Manage, schedule, and consistently post content across all social media accounts. Maintain and update our unified content calendar.
• Email & Digital Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, writing blog posts, and creating supporting graphics with Canva + Adobe Creative Suit
