We’re growing and looking for a skilled Social Media Account Manager to join our crew.

ASTRAnomicals is a full-service creative and digital marketing agency based in Newport Beach, CA. Our diverse client portfolio includes major tech and medical brands to aerospace & defense, health & wellness, law, finance, F&B, luxury brands, and more. We help businesses grow through strategy, creativity, and execution.

This is a remote contract role with room to grow as you take on additional clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow client social media accounts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies
• Create engaging short-form content, captions, stories, and reels
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage community interactions
• Track performance, generate insights, and optimize content using analytics
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing business social accounts
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative thinker with strategic instincts and scrappy startup attributes
• Experience using social management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Later, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet client needs
• Portfolio or social profiles required

Required Skills

• Short-form content creation for multiple platforms
• Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong copywriting / captions
• Community management / engagement
• Analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meta Insights)

Bonus Skills

• Paid Ads social experience (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Email marketing
• Technical blog creation
• SEO + content strategy
• Web Design

Comp

Paid per client, with opportunities to scale earnings as you take on more accounts.
