What you'll do

* Own the architecture and optimization of Daxko's HubSpot environment, including advanced configuration, workflow automation, lifecycle management, and MAP program development that drives measurable performance * Lead integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Salesforce, CDP, paid media, and business intelligence tools, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable attribution across the full revenue funnel * Build and maintain campaign tracking standards, automation hygiene, and data tagging frameworks that power accurate lead routing and reporting * Support ABM program infrastructure, including account segmentation, intent data integration, and account-level tracking across the funnel * Drive a structured testing and experimentation culture, running A/B tests, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying conversion opportunities across workflows and programs * Evaluate and onboard marketing technologies that scale with
