You’ll own the operating system for marketing—how we plan, execute, measure, and continuously improve campaign and lifecycle performance. You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product to turn strategy into scalable programs, clean data, and actionable insights.

What will you be doing?

• Own marketing planning and execution workflows (intake, prioritization, timelines, resourcing) to ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead marketing technology and automation strategy (e.g., MAP/CRM integrations, lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, enrichment).
• Work with data team to build and maintain reporting and dashboards for funnel performance (MQL SQL, pipeline, conversion, velocity, CAC/LTV inputs), and help establish clear definitions/SLAs.
• Drive segmentation and audience strategy to improve targeting, personalization, and lifecycle performance.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Content, and Product Marketing to operationalize GTM and campaign measurement
