Summary of Position

The Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator provides support and guidance within the marketing side of the department. Lead the coordination of RFP and RFQ responses from kickoff through final delivery, partnering with technical and marketing teams to develop compelling proposal and qualifications packages that help win new business. Responsibilities

*Marketing Communications Takes a lead role in coordinating RFP and RFQ responses from kick-off through final delivery, coordinating materials as well as designing and producing proposal and qualifications packages.** * Supports proposal and qualifications submissions whether JB&B is engaged as the prime consultant or as a subconsultant, tailoring materials and coordination to each role. * Write, edit and format tailored project descriptions, resumes and SF330 forms. * Coordinates information among Documents Team, internal technical team and/or external consultants, ensuring alignment with client expectations. * Collaborates closely with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager to develop and refine approaches to RFP/RFQ responses. * Maintains tracking matrices/indexes of available marketing content. * Helps maintain and format the firm’s marketing collateral, including resumes, project descriptions and project lists. * Coordinates project photogra
