MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Content team. A great candidate has experience building and executing social and influencer campaigns, leading creative ideation and strategy, and delivering excellent client service. Ideally this candidate has a strong sports background and keeps up with the sports landscape.

This is a hybrid role to be based within commutable distance to our NYC or Charlotte, NC offices.

About You

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar, agency experience preferred. To be able to deliver this we need you to have the following attributes:

• Social media savvy, you have a pulse on what’s trending across the social, creator, and sports ecosystem.
• Engrained in culture and sports landscape, keep a pulse on news, trends, and key milestones. You know trending creators, what is happening in the sports conversation on social, and have an interest across a wide variety of sports/athletes.
• Experience writing decks, with an ability to develop and pitch a strategy in a way that is digestible for clients.
• Experience identifying creators and influencers for brand partnerships.
• Experience building social media and influener strategies.
• Experience leading brainstorms and translating ideas into strategic concepts for clients.
• Proactive with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Comfortable interfacing with clients and working with cross-functional teams, including creative and production.
