Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms & Production Solutions

Marcus & Millichap is seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented marketing platforms leader to oversee the day-to-day performance, consistency, and evolution of our marketing production tools and systems.

This individual will serve as the central owner of all packaging and production platforms including Buildout, Maxa, and custom InDesign template systems, ensuring they are operating effectively, consistently, and in alignment with the needs of both the enterprise and our Brokerage Transaction Services (BTS) organization. This includes full accountability for tools and templates deployed broadly to agents across the firm, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and easy to use.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys solving problems in real time. You will act as the go-to resource for platform troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment while continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows, output quality, and user experience.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000– $110,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
