And it’s been Fukusanity ever since About the role The Digital Marketing Manager will own Fuku’s growth marketing engine with deep responsibility for digital and performance marketing alongside broader ownership of local restaurant marketing, campaigns, agency and external partner management, and marketing performance. This role is a marketing generalist with a strong digital and performance background. You’ll own how Fuku performs across digital and delivery channels, including email, SEO, third-party delivery platforms, website, local search, and loyalty, while also helping develop and execute the marketing strategies that drive traffic and revenue across our restaurants.

You’ll partner closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Director of Marketing, Operations, General Managers, and external partners to connect marketing strategy to what is happening in our restaurants and communities. As Fuku scales, you’ll also help build the marketing systems, playbooks, and capabilities we can carry into new markets and future franchise locations.

A meaningful part of this role will be evaluating what marketing capabilities should live internally versus with external partners and bringing greater ownership and accountability in-house.

Work Location

This position is a remote role and based in any U.S. location; South Florida applicants will be strongly considered. Travel to locations as needed will be expected.
