Aprio, a Top 20 U.S. business advisory and accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to manage and execute its digital marketing programs across paid media and search visibility, along with the analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) that measure and improve them. Just as important, this is a role for a hands-on marketer who treats AI as central to modern marketing — using it daily and helping the team adopt it to sharpen decisions, increase output, and drive stronger business outcomes. Partnering with the email and website teams, the Senior Manager will turn strategy into results while managing and coaching a small, hands-on team. The ideal candidate pairs deep, hands-on fluency across these channels with strong analytical instincts, enthusiasm for applying AI, and a firm grasp of complex B2B buying cycles. ### Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Aprio's digital marketing programs — spanning paid media, search visibility, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) — aligning day-to-day work to growth goals and revenue targets.
