The role

Nuclearn is hiring its first Senior Field Marketing Manager, and the job is to turn a packed calendar of nuclear industry conferences and trade shows into a real pipeline engine. We show up everywhere our customers and prospects do, and today that presence runs on scattered ownership and last-minute scramble. Your job is to make it run on a repeatable playbook.

We're post product-market fit and scaling, and our event calendar is only getting heavier. Booths and sponsorships without a coordinated plan before, during, and after each show leave meetings unbooked and pipeline on the table. You'll own the full lifecycle: pre-event strategy and outreach, on-site execution and coordination, and post-event follow-up that converts conversations into meetings.
