The Senior Director, US Marketing role is a brand lead position that will define the overall commercial approach to market, build, and then lead a team that executes launch strategy and initiatives for a new indication for a first in class HER2 targeted bispecific agent in metastatic breast cancer. The Senior Director will sit within the US Oncology Franchise and will report to the Executive Director of Marketing in the Solid Tumor Therapeutic Area. The Senior Director will build out and lead the overall US marketing team and core team, sit on a variety of cross functional launch teams, as well as oversee work on key strategic and tactical projects/workstreams. They will be a key member of the US Oncology Marketing leadership team; and will hire and onboard the marketing team in preparation for an anticipated US launch in 2028.
