About the Role

As Comfrt continues to expand across retail, wholesale, and experiential channels, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Director of Retail Marketing to lead our physical brand experience.

This role will own the strategy and execution of Comfrt's retail marketing ecosystem, including store launches, retail experiences, wholesale partnerships, local market activations, and customer engagement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Growth teams, you will develop scalable retail marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive traffic and revenue, and support Comfrt's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute Comfrt's retail marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand and business objectives.
• Translate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and curated brand moments into impactful retail experiences across new stores, pop-ups, and future retail formats.
• Establish scalable retail marketing frameworks, playbooks, and brand standards that ensure consistency across all physical touchpoints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated omnichannel campaigns that connect physical and digital customer experiences.
• Lead full funnel marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales for retail stores - including localized digital and paid media campaigns, in store and community events, influencer and creator partnerships, and affiliate programs - in partnership with the Growth, Social, and CRM teams.
