About the Job

We're hiring a Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. This role blends creative innovation with performance marketing.

You'll work closely with Creative Performance Strategists, Paid Media Buyers, Designers, and Creative and Marketing teams to develop high-converting ads across multiple platforms. One day you might be editing a UGC-style video for Meta, and the next you're designing static image ads, carousels, GIFs, gamified end cards, or motion graphics for a new product launch.

This is a fast-paced environment where speed, curiosity, and creative problem solving matter just as much as technical skill.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form performance marketing videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
• Design static image ads, carousels, GIFs, thumbnails, and other creative assets.
• Create multiple creative variations from existing concepts to support rapid testing.
• Work closely with Creative Performance Strategists to translate performance insights into new creative.
• Help develop new advertising concepts from idea through final execution.
• Maintain consistent branding while adapting creative for different audiences and placements.
• Collaborate with producers and project managers to hit aggressive production timelines.
