- Build and maintain global market models (TAM/SAM/SOM, growth forecasts, competitive dynamics) to prioritize indications, customer segments and geographies.
- Lead a structured global Voice of Customer program, including surgeon, clinician, procurement and administrator research, across the innovation lifecycle.
- Monitor competitive products, technologies, clinical evidence, IP and acquisition activity, and brief executive leadership on threats and white-space opportunities.
- Develop and maintain PolyNovo's long-range portfolio strategy and roadmap, including future platform expansion for NovoSorb technologies.

- Lead commercial assessments and business cases (forecasts, NPV, pricing, naming and packaging) and present recommendations at Stage Gate reviews.
- Define the clinical, economic and operational value proposition for pipeline products and the evidence required to support adoption.
- Partner with Health Economics, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs on HEOR models, value dossiers and budget impact models.
- Identify reimbursement pathways (coding, coverage, payment) early and build them into investment decisions.
- Work with Regulatory Affairs on global approval pathways (FDA, CE Mark, TGA, PMDA and others) and with Legal/IP on patent landscape and freedom-to-operate, so risks are identified early.
- In partnership with Medical and Clinical Affairs, build KOL, SME and advocate networks and run advisory boards, innovation workshops and technology forums to validate concepts and assumptions.
- Own a repeatable upstream-to-downstream handover process, transferring customer insights, value propositions, market analyses, evidence plans and launch assumptions to US and Rest of World Downstream Marketing.
- Lead matrixed project teams across Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Quality, Operations and Finance, influencing without direct authority.
- Build and lead a high-performing global upstream marketing team.
- Align and inspire team members by communicating a clear vision for success
- Envision a better future and champion change. Bring people along and align actions with corporate strategy.
- Foster a culture that lives into the PolyNovo values. Lead with integrity, fairness, ethics, and compliance.
- Assess, attract, hire, develop and engage the best diverse talent to meet current and future needs of the business.
- Understand and effectively use Performance Management and Development processes and tools to drive engagement and performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching that is invested in developing people, improving outcomes, and managing relationships effectively.
- Establish and communicate clear goals and roles, commitment, inclusion, and collaboration.
Qualifications

- Experience supporting global markets and cross-functional development teams; inpatient and outpatient clinical setting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Stage Gate development, Target Product Profiles, Voice of Customer, HEOR and reimbursement, global regulatory pathways and IP/freedom-to-operate.
- Strong financial acumen, including market sizing, forecasting, NPV/ROI analysis and licensing or acquisition evaluation.
Benefits
- Total compensation package consisting of base salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
- 401k plan with company match.
