Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Our fast-growing CPA firm is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution and coordination of our digital marketing engine. You will turn high-level strategy and content into polished campaigns across email, social media, YouTube, paid media, website funnels, and other digital channels—while ensuring projects, vendors, deadlines, and performance tracking are managed with precision. This role is ideal for a strong marketer who combines exceptional copywriting, sharp marketing judgment, strong analytics, and disciplined marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Copywriting & Content Creation – Write compelling copy across social media, paid advertisements, landing pages, websites, PR responses, email, SMS, and other marketing channels; help research, develop, and refine short-form and long-form video scripts while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Content Marketing & Repurposing – Turn long-form videos, technical source material, and other core content into short-form videos, social posts, emails, articles, and other marketing assets; develop YouTube titles, hooks, thumbnail concepts, descriptions, and creative angles designed to increase engagement.
• Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution – Own the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns from idea through execution, ensuring content, emails, SMS, social posts, advertisements,
