About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Sell services including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Website Design, and other digital marketing solutions.
• Manage inbound leads by qualifying opportunities and converting them into long-term clients.
• Understand client objectives, identify business challenges, and recommend appropriate marketing strategies.
• Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling digital marketing or agency services.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Design, and other digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results.
• Ideal candidates who have sold SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or website projects within a digital marketing agency.
• Average monthly retainers range from AUD $999–$5,000+, with website projects ranging from AUD $3,500–$20,000.
