Target first-year compensation: approximately $140,000-$150,000+

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Sales and Growth Manager to lead the teams responsible for winning new restaurant clients and helping existing clients stay, succeed, and grow with Alpha.

This is not a desk-only management position.

The right person is a player-coach who understands prospecting, pipeline development, closing, account growth, and customer retention because they have done the work themselves.

You will lead a team of approximately six Sales and Growth employees across multiple markets while helping Alpha recruit, develop, and scale the next generation of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Sales performance. Set clear prospecting, pipeline, conversion, and production expectations. Coach representatives through qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, follow-up, and closing.
