Job Summary

​​The Retail Brand Manager is responsible for the development of the strategic marketing and merchandising direction for account partners within an assigned channel, based on meeting brand objective, department strategy, and sales goals. Plans will reflect the voice of the brand while driving demand across key markets/segments and the sell-in/sell-through of Carhartt product. This role will help to bring the Carhartt brand to life on the retail floors and online at the all-important point of decision and drive loyalty.​

Associate Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Planning and internal Marketing partners to manage the transformation of the Brand Marketing strategy channel into account specific 3-year/annual plans and seasonal go-to-market execution
• Act as a strategic partner and primary point of contact with assigned account partners, collaborating and developing relationships with these partners to lead highly impactful integrated marketing and merchandising plans while driving ROI
• Plan, develop, implement and manage retail strategies designed to drive traffic and revenue, increase brand awareness and penetrate multiple consumer segments, within a given Region and/or channel of distribution
• Manage complex omni-channel
