High quality Canva designs using established templates, minimal editing, correct brand typography/colours, and balanced layouts even when copy varies. Patterns that indicate misalignment include off-brand elements, recurring rework, overlooking details, or avoidable design issues. Designers who excel take initiative on small improvements and steadily reduce the amount of editing and oversight needed by the Brand Manager. * Maintain a visually varied, professional feed through strategic design rotation for up to 15 posts per week.

Designer will use rotating templates, layouts, typography treatments, and colour usage so the feed never looks repetitive or template-locked, even when posting daily. Patterns that indicate misalignment include when posts look identical across campaigns or lack variation over time.
