Overview

Chick-fil-A Robinson and Chick-fil-A Moon Township are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and operationally engaged leader to serve as our Regional Director of Marketing & Community Engagement.

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring the marketing and community engagement strategy for both restaurant locations. The Director will own restaurant marketing calendars, community partnerships, events, promotions, digital initiatives, and local store marketing efforts while ensuring that every initiative supports our restaurants' broader sales, guest experience, and community goals.

This is not a remote, office-based, or primarily computer-based marketing position. We believe effective restaurant marketing begins with understanding our operation, our guests, our Team Members, and the communities we serve. The Regional Director of Marketing & Community Engagement is expected to be consistently present and engaged inside both restaurants and actively involved in restaurant operations.

The right candidate is a self-starter who can take a goal from idea to execution, measure its effectiveness, communicate results to senior leadership, and continuously improve without requiring constant direction.

This role supports both Chick-fil-A Robinson and Chick-fil-A Moon Township, reports to senior restaurant leadership, and has direct access to the Operator.

Candidates with prior Chick-fil-A leadership experience may transition into full Regional Director responsibilities based on experience and readiness.
