We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join us at our facility in PA-Glen Mills (US-PA-Remote).

The Project Manager – New Product Commercialization & Growth will lead the end-to-end launch, expansion, and commercialization of our product lines. This role serves as the cross-functional leader responsible for transforming growth initiatives into profitable market outcomes.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Leadership, the individual will drive new product introduction (NPI), accelerate market adoption, optimize portfolio expansion, and deliver top-line revenue growth.

A highly strategic, commercially minded leader who can bridge strategy and execution, this individual excels at driving cross-functional alignment, managing complex growth initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes. They are energized by building new businesses, launching innovative products, and creating sustainable top-line growth while maintaining accountability for financial performance.
