*The Program Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering with our utility clients to execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive end-user enrollment in our residential demand response programs. This is an outstanding opportunity to apply marketing and project management skills while contributing to an energy-focused enterprise software company.*

*Responsibilities*

• *Partner with our utility clients to drive end-user enrollment in demand response programs*
• *Build relationships with utility client counterparts and secure buy-in for key marketing initiatives*
• *Support net service revenue growth by positioning marketing services to clients based on program needs and objectives*
• *Present program marketing strategies, project plans and insights to utility clients*
• *Evangelize program marketing best practices that enable utilities to rapidly and efficiently grow enrollments*
• *Partner with the client success team to disseminate program marketing best practices*
• *Help ensure consistent marketing messaging across utility, OEM partner and EnergyHub-owned marketing experiences*
• *Develop knowledge base content and marketing case studies that clients can use to improve program marketing outcomes*
• *Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials on behalf of utility clients across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email*
• *Other duties as assigned*

*Skills/Qualifications*

• *3-4 years of B2C acquisition marketing experience*
• *Excellent communication skills, storytelling skills and ability to distill complex concepts into key takeaways for clie
