Job Description

Position Description: *This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the continental U.S.*

Who is Edvance?

At Edvance, we’re on a mission to create and inspire access to life-changing education pathways for America’s workers and their families, while minimizing – and often eliminating – out-of-pocket tuition costs.

Edvance is a member-benefit company that helps union members and their families access affordable, career-focused education. Through partnerships with unions and other member organizations, Edvance connects members to a network of curated accredited colleges and universities that offer discounted tuition and programs built for adult learners.

Through the Union College Benefit powered by Edvance, members and their families get tuition discounts up to 40%, 100% online programs, personalized guidance, and support from unionized Student Success Coordinators.

We're partnership-first, not vendor-first, and we exist to solve a real problem: members don't know where to start, unions lack the capacity to manage education partnerships alone, and schools struggle to reach working adults. Edvance changes that — for all three. About the Role The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing.
