The Opportunity We're hiring a Product Manager to own and optimize the entire MacStadium user journey, ensuring customers easily discover the value of our Mac ecosystem, mobile development, and emerging technology solutions from first engagement through long-term retention. You'll focus on reducing churn, improving signup-to-meeting-to-purchase conversion, and strengthening the overall product experience by working cross-functionally with product domain experts, marketing, sales, and technical support and customer success.

As part of both product experience and growth, you'll seed and shape innovation initiatives in areas such as AI, clustering, and automation. You'll also take ownership of where MacStadium focuses its product design projects, ensuring high impact, consistency, and usability across the platform, including the experiences our Orka, Mac VDI/Citrix, and mobile development customers
