Position Overview

Fullbay is the leading shop management platform built for heavy-duty and diesel repair shops. We're growing fast and looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels — driving qualified pipeline for our B2B SaaS product. You'll work directly with the Senior Paid Media Manager and collaborate closely with demand gen, content, and revenue ops to ensure every dollar spent is working as hard as possible.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Independently oversee and allocate paid media budgets across all active channels, providing weekly and monthly recommendations to leadership based on performance trends
• Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and PPL networks, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets
• In partnership with the Senior Paid Media Manager, develop campaign priorities, ad creative direction, and audience segmentation
• Maintain pacing documentation to ensure budgets and lead volume targets stay aligned with media plan projections
• Track, analyze, and report on paid media KPIs across all active channels, delivering regular performance summaries to marketing stakeholders with clear insights tied to pipeline, MQL, and revenue goals.
