CCC Ventures is a founder led company that builds, grows and sells businesses. I'm Steven, and I've spent 13+ years in business with about 350 real estate transactions, roughly $37M in volume, a portfolio of 20+ rentals and short term rentals, and teams of up to 20 people. Now I'm putting that experience and capital behind a pipeline of new ventures, and I'm looking for one standout Meta ads expert to build them with me as a true partner, not a contractor.

The opportunity

Most media buyers spend their careers making other people rich. This is the other side of that deal. We fund the ad spend and the creative production. You bring the strategy and execution on Meta. Together we launch businesses, scale the winners and share in what we build. You earn equity in each venture you help build, plus monthly profit distributions once a business is profitable.

What you'll do

Own Meta ads strategy and execution end to end on Facebook and Instagram: account structure, audiences, testing frameworks, bidding and budget scaling

Turn creative briefs into winning ads. You direct what gets made, and we pay for production

Build and fix tracking: Pixel, Conversions API, events and attribution, so every dollar is measurable

Run fast, disciplined testing to find profitable offers, then scale them without breaking performance

Report weekly on spend, CPL, CPA, ROAS and profitability, and tell us plainly what's working and what isn't

Help decide which ventures to launch, scale or kill based on real numbers

Work directly with me on offers, funnels and growth plans

Compensation

Equity in each business you help build, negotiated per venture based on your role and impact

Monthly profit share payouts once a business is profitable

No cap on upside. The more ventures you help scale, the more you own

This is an equity and profit share partnership with no base salary. The yearly range listed is an estimate of potential profit share earnings, not a guaranteed salary. Please apply only if that structure works for you.

What we're looking for

3+ years running Meta ads with real budgets, ideally $10K+ per month in managed spend

A track record of profitable campaigns you can show with numbers: ROAS, CPA, CPL and spend

Deep knowledge of Ads Manager, campaign structure, creative testing and scaling

Hands on experience with Pixel, Conversions API and attribution troubleshooting

A strong creative eye. You know what stops the scroll and why

An owner mindset: self directed, accountable and in it for the long game

Clear, honest communication, especially when the numbers are bad

Nice to have

Experience with lead generation, local services, ecommerce or digital products

Funnel and landing page experience

Familiarity with Google, TikTok or other paid channels

Past experience as a founder, cofounder or partner
