Men's Health Marketing Lead - Content & Strategy

About BioForm Rx

BioForm Rx is a telehealth brand for men's hormone and body-composition care. Patients complete an online intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and treatment ships to their door. We launched in 2026, are growing from Texas to a national footprint, and this is our first marketing hire.

The role

You own marketing: the strategy and the execution. You set the positioning, write the copy, run the campaigns, and read the numbers. You report to the founder and work closely with our lead provider. Agencies and freelancers come later, on your call.

What you'll do

• Define positioning, messaging, and the content plan
• Write the copy: landing pages, ads, email and SMS, and educational content built around what men actually search for
• Own the brand voice and creative direction, including short-form video with our provider
• Run paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with creative testing and conversion tracking
• Run email and SMS lifecycle for lead nurture and retention
• Track cost per lead, cost per patient, and intake conversion, and act on them
• Keep every claim accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising rules

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in DTC growth or brand marketing, with both the strategy and the execution in your hands
• A portfolio of copy and creative you made yourself
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and an email/SMS platform
• Fluent in the numbers and clear about what you changed because of them
• You write to how men describe their symptoms, not how a clinician would
• Comfortable as a team of one, working directly with a founder

Nice to have

• Telehealth, men's health, hormones, weight management, or another regulated DTC category
• SEO on a content site, short-form video editing, WordPress, GTM and GA4
• Familiarity with LegitScript or healthcare ad policy on Google and Meta

Pay: $73,800.00 - $89,000.00 per year
