Built specifically to navigate 2026 reimbursement updates, our commercial framework provides local reps a dual-income model: place advanced tissue grafts directly with private surgical practices, or direct patient referrals into our operational partner clinic network in El Paso.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct Practice Onboarding: Present our 361 tissue portfolio to independent podiatrists, vascular surgeons, and outpatient specialists for in-office application.
• Referral Channel Growth: Partner with primary care groups, home health organizations, and SNFs to route complex wound patients to our partner facilities.
• Territory Execution: Oversee local account relationships, reorder cadence, and pipeline momentum.
• Operational Alignment: Interface with our internal team to handle insurance pre-checks, intake, and graft fulfillment.

Target Profile

• Established healthcare network in El Paso or surrounding West Texas markets (podiatry, vascular, primary care, or home health decision-makers preferred).
• Strong background in 1099 medical device, surgical supply, or pharmaceutical sales.
• High degree of autonomy and territory management discipline.
