We serve small businesses across Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties, and many have been with us for years.

The Role

This is a training role for someone who wants to learn the whole picture fast. You’ll work across everything we offer: website design and builds, managed hosting and maintenance, AI marketing and SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile management, social media management, email marketing, blog content, and podcast production. Some days are creative: writing copy, designing graphics, editing video. Others are technical: updating websites, fixing layouts, optimizing campaigns, digging into analytics. We’ll teach you the technical side. You bring the work ethic and the creative spark.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content for clients
• Write and send email newsletters and campaigns
• Write and publish blog posts and web copy
• Create graphics and short-form video for clients and for Five Towers
• Make content updates and fixes on client WordPress sites
• Manage Google Business Profiles: posts, photos, reviews, listing accuracy
• Support SEO and AI-search work, including on-page optimization
• Help set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients
• Track performance in Google Analytics and help build monthly client reports
• Help with podcast production and distribution
• Run quality checks on new sites before launch
• Respond to client requests and keep tasks moving to done
• Help produce Five Towers’ own marketing: blog, social, and newsletter

What You Bring

• No experience required. A portfolio that shows what you can do matters more.
• Strong writing. You can explain things clearly in plain English
• At least one creative skill: graphic design (Canva, Adobe, Figma), photography, or video
• Organized and reliable. You follow through on details without being chased
• Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions

We’ll Teach You

• WordPress and our page builder
• SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile management
• Social media scheduling and email marketing platforms
• How AI search works and how to optimize for it
• Client communication and agency workflows

Nice to Have

• Any WordPress or website experience
• Experience running social media for a business or organization
• Google Ads or Google Analytics certification (free through Google Skillshop)
• HTML/CSS basics
• Video or audio editing
• Familiarity with small businesses in Warren, Washington, or Saratoga County
