Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will provide exceptional digital and operational support across our portfolio of brands, including NurseCon at Sea, Camp NurseCon, and Nurse Blake. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, attentive to details, and capable of taking ownership of projects to execute independently from start to finish.

The Marketing Specialist will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring our email, SMS, social media, and web campaigns are organized, executed, and delivered seamlessly. The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly organized, and strong communicator who anticipates campaign needs, stays ahead of deadlines, and drives multi-channel marketing from strategy to completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Email Marketing & Automations: Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns. Design and deploy automated email journeys, including welcome series, post-registration flows, lead nurturing, and event reminders.
• SMS Marketing: Manage end-to-end execution of SMS communications, including campaign development, scheduling, testing, and keyword tracking.
• Social Media & Engagement: Support daily social channel execution, including Instagram Stories, polls, Q&As, and other interactive content. Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments and DMs, source user-generated content (UGC), and collect testimonials.
• Campaign Coordination & Execution: Drive integrated campaign execution across digital channels (email, SMS, social, web) to align brand strategy with measurable promotional milestones. Track campaign assets, deadlines, links, and schedules to ensure on-time launch execution.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain Shopify, landing pages, and event sites, ensuring promotional messaging, FAQs, and event information remain up to date.
• Content & Copywriting: Draft and proofread clear, brand-aligned copy for emails, texts, landing pages, and social media. Adapt core marketing mess
