Marketing Specialist

Overview: As the Marketing Communications Specialist – Specialty Products, you will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the Specialty Product line and Chino facility to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will work together with other marketing team members and essential sales staff on projects that promote Hussmann and its sales projects. You will report to the Global Specialty Product Leader. Responsibilities: * Lead the entire customer experience as it pertains to Specialty products from beginning to end. This may include onsite visits, tours, and meetings * Build strategic relationships to partner and work with key industry players, agencies and vendors as well internal departments and contacts * Oversee Chino location customer visits. Measure and report performance of all events and assess against goals (Return and Indicators) * Evaluate latest technologies. Provide expertise and perspective for adoption. * Develop strategies to get the word out about our company and bring qualified traffic to the sales channel * Deploy and implement successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution * Develop and review advertising, presentational materials and marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and with uncompromising quality. This includes opening new projects, concept development, managing a creative job list, and final delivery of completed projects * Write and proofread marketing materials, website content, and publications for accuracy, branding, and compliance * Oversee and maintain the Hussmann onsite showroom(s) with responsibility for scheduling, merchandising, layout, upkeep, customer preparation and interaction with the sales team * Coordinate all aspects of product photography for Specialty. This may include onsite shoots at retail outlets as well as at the Chino location plus the updating of photography guidelines documentation
