i9media is a premium digital marketing agency based in San Diego, California. We run marketing programs for a deliberately small portfolio of brands across home services, self-storage, agricultural and garden retail, outdoor and watersports, automotive accessories, and events.

Our clients hire us because we execute at a standard most agencies talk about and few actually hold.

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager on a four-to-six-month contract to start. You will train directly with our operations manager of more than 10 years, who is not leaving the company.

WHERE THIS LEADS

You would not be replacing anyone.

Whether this continues past the initial term comes down to whether the portfolio grows enough to support two operations seats. We have two accounts in late-stage pipeline—and we are not going to tell you they are signed.

The decision is made at month three based on two things

Your side

Accounts run cleanly, clients renew, and clients ask for you by name.

Either way, you hear it early.

WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS

~50% HANDS-ON BUILD

You are in the platforms daily. Newsletters and SMS campaigns built from approved templates in Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Landing pages and site content structured in Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress. Product and collection page optimization. Adapting and resizing existing creative within established template systems.

This is a working role, not an oversight role.
