ROLE SUMMARY

The State Marketing Manager, Ohio is responsible for leading the execution of the Ohio marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints, supporting 20+ dispensaries and driving traffic, revenue, and customer engagement. This role operates as a key execution partner to the Executive Director of Marketing, who sets the overarching state marketing strategy, priorities and investment direction for the state. The Manager is responsible for translating that strategy into actionable plans and ensuring high-quality, on-time execution across all channels.
