Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, proactive Marketing Manager to fuel our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will take end-to-end operational ownership of our marketing strategy-translating complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives, leading strategic partner initiatives (especially with Google), and building impact-driven sales enablement collateral.

You will work hand-in-hand with our CSO, Partner Engagement Manager, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Business Development Directors, and Proposal Manager to sharpen our brand voice, generate high-quality leads, and expand our footprint across the GovCon ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Marketing Ownership: Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Google Cloud and channel partners, co-marketing strategic AI capabilities and leading joint growth initiatives. Build and execute an active public relations calendar to cultivate relationships with key defense tech journalists, trade publications, and industry analysts to secure earned media coverage.
• Event & Field Marketing: Lead end-to-end strategy, messaging, content curation, and logistics for high-impact customer and industry events designed to generate qualified pipeline.
• Marketing Lead Generation: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and event ROI against concrete pipeline metrics.
