About us

Addison Grove Dental is a multi-specialty dental practice where a full team — general dentist, hygienist, periodontist, and endodontist — works together under one roof to manage patient care. We treat the whole patient: overall health first, long-term function next, and the cosmetic confidence to smile freely. We're growing, and we're looking for a marketing manager to help us tell that story consistently across digital, local, and patient-facing channels.

What you'll do

Digital marketing

• Own and optimize our Google Business Profile — posts, review responses, photos, Q&A
• Manage social media content calendar and posting (Instagram/Facebook)
• Make basic website updates (service pages, team bios, promotions)
• Help manage or coordinate paid Google Ads campaigns
• Track monthly metrics: new patients by source, review growth, ad performance

Local & community marketing

• Coordinate direct mail campaigns with our print vendor (targeting, timing, list management)
• Maintain relationships with referral partners (nearby ERs, urgent care, local businesses)
• Help plan and staff community events and sponsorships

Internal marketing & patient experience

• Run our patient referral program (tracking, incentive fulfillment, front-desk promotion)
• Coordinate recall/reactivation outreach with the front desk team
• Manage review-generation efforts (post-visit text/email requests)
• Support content around our providers and services (photos, short write-ups, patient education)

What we're looking for

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience — dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus but not required
