KRP Automotive is a rapidly growing multi-location automotive repair group in Northern New Jersey.

We currently operate locations throughout Sussex, Passaic and Bergen Counties and are building one of the strongest independent automotive repair brands in the region.

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across the entire organization.

This is not a social media posting job or an agency account-management position.

And this is not a position for someone who wants to spend their entire day building presentations about marketing.

We need someone who wants to run marketing.

What You'll Own

You will become the internal owner of KRP's entire marketing function.

You will work directly with the CEO and our outside marketing partners while developing the internal systems, campaigns, content and reporting required to grow a multi-location consumer brand.

Responsibilities include

• Own the company-wide marketing calendar and marketing strategy
• Manage relationships with our advertising, SEO, website and other outside marketing partners
• Review and approve advertising budgets across multiple locations
• Analyze lead volume, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion and car-count performance
• Identify underperforming locations and build campaigns to increase demand
• Maintain accurate marketing attribution from lead source through completed repair order
• Work with store leadership to understand operational capacity and match marketing spend to actual shop demand
• Manage customer reactivation, retention, email and SMS campaigns
• Own local-store marketing initiatives, sponsorships, community events and grand openings
