This is a managerial marketing role reporting to the CEO, with a small team reporting to you.

Develop and own the global marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership. Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, SMM, PR) with a focus on high-ROI channels and scalable growth. Work with leadership to refine product positioning and messaging across customer segments and geographies. Create and oversee campaigns that showcase how Augmentus delivers real operational benefits, across industries, use cases, and stakeholders. Use data to track performance across funnels, optimize spend, and inform go-to-market decisions. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to create high-impact case studies, product launch materials, and educational content that drive conversion and customer engagement. Build partnerships with media, associations, and strategic stakeholders to elevate the Augmentus brand globally. Direct image and video production, social publishing, and campaign analysis via AI agents and automation workflows. Orchestrate AI agents across marketing and ops tools, including CRM, project tracking, documentation, and communication platforms, as part of day-to-day campaign planning and execution. Author and maintain the playbooks and SOPs that let both people and AI agents execute consistently, refining them as the function grows. Apply a systems and evaluation mindset to test whether new processes, tools, or agent workflows are working, and adjust accordingly. Extend measurement across marketing and product analytics tools, tying performance to pipeline and revenue impact. Requirements ----------------
