Marketing Manager | Europe

### About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help run the day-to-day marketing at Palisis.

It’s a varied role across content, SEO, email, website and social, with plenty of freedom to test ideas, improve things and make the role your own. We’re a small team, so there’s no hiding behind endless approval chains or spending half your week in meetings.

You’ll work directly with our UK-based VP of Marketing, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, make sensible decisions and keep things moving without needing every step mapped out.

We’re a European travel tech company with offices in Switzerland and Spain, so we’re looking for candidates based in Europe or a nearby time zone. We’re not considering applications from locations more than four hours from the UK.

### What you’ll be doing

• Own the content calendar and keep it moving
• Write and manage content across the website, blog, email and social
• Spot gaps and come up with ideas, rather than waiting for a list
• Manage feature emails and the monthly newsletter
• Keep the website useful, accurate and current
• Work with Product and Sales to turn features into stories people actually care about
• Plan social content that has a point
• Review performance and change things when they’re not working
• Raise blockers early and keep projects moving

### What we’re looking for

• Around 5+ years in marketing, content marketing or a similar role
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Good SEO and content knowledge
• Experience managing websites and CMS platforms
• Strong organisation and project management
• Confidence making day-to-day decisions
• Curiosity and a proactive mindset

### Nice to have

• B2B or travel tech experience
• Social media
• Email marketing
• Paid ads
• Analytics
• Agency or freelancer management
• Basic Canva/design skills
