The Opportunity

Talent Acquisition Solutions, LLC (TAS) is conducting a search on behalf of BalancedComp, a well-established, founder-led consulting and SaaS organization headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. BalancedComp serves clients nationally and has built a strong track record of growth.

Our client is seeking a versatile, data-driven marketer who can bridge strategy and execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the work—not simply directing it—and can turn data, market insights, and business priorities into marketing campaigns and messaging that drive engagement and support sales growth.

This is an operational, hands-on Marketing Manager position. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor with responsibility across marketing operations, content, CRM, lead nurturing, campaign performance, and sales enablement. As the organization grows, there is potential to add marketing resources reporting to this position.

What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and refine marketing content across email, web, social media, advertising, presentations, and other digital channels.
• Develop campaign messaging, sales enablement materials, case studies, and other brand-aligned content.
• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM data, workflows, and lead tracking.
• Segment and nurture leads through automated workflows aligned with the customer journey.
• Build and interpret reports and dashboards measuring campaign performance, lead flow, and marketing ROI.
• Partner closely with Sales to develop messaging, tools, and insights that support lead conversion and client retention.
• Conduct competitive, market, and audience research to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
• Support demand-generation initiatives designed to expand reach and produce measurable growth.
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance data and use findings to improve future marketing efforts.
