Marketing, Events, and Design Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing, Events, and Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role primarily offers the flexibility of remote work, but we prefer individuals to reside in the greater Columbus, Ohio area.

As a pivotal member of our innovative marketing team, the Marketing Specialist for Digital Design and Events Support holds a multifaceted role. This individual will spearhead the creation and distribution of captivating marketing resources, while also providing crucial support for events through compelling design assets. With a primary focus on events, this role collaborates closely with the events team to ensure seamless logistics, enhance participant experiences, and utilize digital platforms for increased event participation. Additionally, this role will support email marketing efforts by crafting visually stunning, on-brand emails using our platform (Pardot) and optimizing campaigns to foster customer engagement. The Specialist will also take charge of maintaining our company website, developing engaging landing pages, and implementing SEO strategies in collaboration with others on the team. Furthermore, responsibilities extend to the creation of visually appealing digital content, ensuring consistency across various channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possessing a blend of marketing expertise, design proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

This position has an annual compensation range of approximately $64,000 to $68,700.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in addition to educational requirements listed above
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with CMS Platforms (Kentico preferred)
• Working knowledge of e-mail marketing platforms (Pardot
