Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing operation alongside our Director of Marketing.

This is not a behind-the-scenes support role. You'll have a hand in everything from the listing brochure an agent walks into a presentation with, to the events that celebrate our team's biggest wins, to the social content that tells HGR's story every day. Key Responsibilities Include and Are Not Limited To

Graphic Design & Collateral

• Design and produce listing brochures and property marketing materials for agents
• Create graphics for social media, email, and print using MAXA Design Studio and/or Canva
• Maintain and organize the team’s library of marketing templates

Social Media

• Execute the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Draft captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement
• Assist in capturing content at events and in the field

Events

• Support the Director of Marketing in implementing brokerage, internal, and top performer events
• Assist with vendor coordination, setup, logistics, and day-of execution
• Help manage event materials, signage, and branded items

General Marketing Support

• Assist with internal communications and one-sheeters as directed
• Support agent marketing requests with a quick turnaround mindset
• Stay current on social media trends and design best practices and bring ideas to the table

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of marketing, design, or communications experience
• Proficiency in Canva and/or MAXA Design Studio
